Happy Groundhog Day!
Punxsutawney Henry has just awoken from his morning slumber and is about to give us his prediction........early spring or more winter.......can he see his shadow (or reflection in the oven - we had to improvise as it's too darn cold to go outside today).......no shadow/reflection.........Spring is on it's way, yessss!
